I had a great lunch today at Subway with the girls from work.  I had their new Orchard Chicken Salad sub on wheat it was so tasty.  I even splurged and had  a cookie.

I just wish I had been able to get a free Subway gift card first.  Maybe next time I go it will be free!

I try to take care of my back

Tonight I went to the gym for a little while.  I didn’t have much energy because of a nasty cold that I seem to have come down with.  At first, I thought that it was a case of allergies but now I’m not so sure.

Been trying to eat well. I’ve cut back of my carbs. And I’m trying to eat a lot of lean proteins.
